Scope of Work:

• Soundproof Edit Rooms: The core of the project involved the construction of new soundproof edit rooms, tailored to provide an acoustically controlled environment essential for high-quality editing.
• Low Voltage Cabling: Installation of all necessary low voltage cables, meticulously routed and home-run to the main server rooms, ensuring optimal connectivity and functionality.
• Conference and Lunch Rooms: Addition of a new conference room and a lunch room, both featuring high-end millwork and sophisticated wall finishes that reflect the creative and professional ethos of Zoo Digital.
• Occupied Space Management: One of the complexities of this project was performing the renovation while the building was occupied. This required meticulous scheduling and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
• Security Measures: Enhanced security protocols were implemented for both Build Solutions’ team and subcontractors to safeguard sensitive information and equipment during the construction process.
